👉 Your Role

As Synera’s first Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the US, you’ll be the first voice our future customers hear — engineering leaders, innovation teams, and decision-makers at forward-thinking deep-tech companies.

Your mission: turn curiosity into conversations, and conversations into real business opportunities.

Let’s be real: this role is hands-on. You’ll spend a lot of time picking up the phone, sending messages, following up, and getting through to tough prospects. But you’ll also learn why engineering leaders buy, what problems actually matter to them, and how to position an AI product that delivers real value.

You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing, test different outreach strategies, and help shape how Synera goes to market in the US.

👉 Your Main Focus Areas

  • Pipeline Building
    Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for the Account Executive team.

  • Prospect & Qualify
    Engage engineering leaders and decision-makers through cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls), aiming for 60+ activities per day.

  • Outbound Excellence
    Build and manage targeted outbound campaigns in close collaboration with Marketing — continuously optimizing messaging and sequencing.

  • Storytelling & Engagement
    Spark interest in Synera’s Agentic AI solutions through clear, value-driven conversations and compelling stories.

  • GTM Experimentation
    Test creative ways to reach senior and executive personas. Bonus points if you’ve worked with tools like Clay before.

  • Iterate & Improve
    Analyze performance, run experiments, and help develop Synera’s SDR playbook from the ground up.

    who our ideal customers are, what challenges they face, and how Synera solves them.

  • You consistently book Discovery Calls and prove you can turn outreach into meaningful conversations.

  • You’re confident using our tech stack — from prospecting tools to CRM systems.

  • You can clearly and authentically explain what makes Synera special and why engineering teams choose us.

  • Competitive compensation with base salary + uncapped commission
    (Total OTE: $73,000 – $140,000 USD, depending on experience)
